Holding my niece for the first time when she was born. It was magical.

2 If you could be anything in the world, what/who would you be?
I think I would really love to be an actress. I think it’s because I love to read so much and when I read about a character I really like, I always want to portray them.

3 What T.V. show can’t you miss?
I almost haven’t missed a single episode of House M.D. since my freshman year of high school
and I do not even want to be a doctor, it is just world’s most engaging show.
And I can NOT miss Vampire Diaries, I do not know what would happen if I missed an episode and wasn’t able to watch it ASAP. It’s my weekly fantasy fix.

4 What was your favorite childhood T.V. show?
I loved watching the Rugrats and I could completely relate to Angelica and her obsession with cookies.

5 Where’s your favorite place to eat?
I love pizza and I love pasta… So I always love going to CPK because they have the bombest pizza and they have the most amazing pasta dish: Chicken Tequila Fettucine… which I practically have every day on campus now.

6 Favorite movie?
I have many… The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, My Girl, 21, Dark Knight, Love and Other Drugs, The Time Traveler’s Wife, The Harry Potter Movies, and basically any cheesy romantic comedy.

7 What is your favorite book?
Hands down, the The Harry Potter Series.. If those books didn’t exist there would be big gaping hole in my life. They’re the only books I can read over and over again without getting bored

8 What’s the one place you’re dying to visit?
London, I have been dying to go there since I was in 3rd grade. And the worst part is I did go in my junior year of high school, but I couldn’t step out of the airport.

9 Most perfect moment….
Sipping coffee in a very comfortable chair in a very warm place, reading an engaging book while listening to rain heavily pour outside.
10Favorite song?
Of the moment… “Rhythm of Love” by the Plain White T’s… It has the catchiest rhythm(no pun intended) and its soooo sweet.

  1. Who are you?  Anna Ter-Zakarian

  2. What’s the one thing you cannot live without? My family. They are my greatest blessing, especially my brothers Armen and Arthur.

  3. What is your favorite book? Harper Lee’s masterpiece, “To Kill a Mockingbird”.  I love characters like Atticus who display strength and conviction but do so with an unquestioned humility. The most memorable moment in the novel for me was when Atticus turned to Scout and said, “You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view – until you climb inside of his skin and walk around in it.” I’ll never forget that.

  4. What kind of person do you want to be remembered as? As someone who, in my own small way, tried to make a difference in people’s lives.

  5. What quote do you live by? Audrey Hepburn wrote when asked to share her 'beauty tips': For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone...

  6. Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Finishing med school.

  7. Who is the most influential person in your life? My father. His favorite saying was, “there is always room for improvement.” That pushes me.

  8. Most perfect moment….When I’m surrounded by people who know all my faults and love me anyway. And, to make matters sweeter, we are all surrounded by cherry garcia ice cream – my favorite! - from Ben and Jerry’s.

  9. Favorite song? “Here Comes the Sun” by the Beatles. It never fails to brighten my day!

  10. What I want to accomplish….So many things! I want to be a compassionate doctor. I want to forever maintain my beautiful Armenian heritage and my close friendships with my Alpha Gamma Alpha sisters. Most of all, I want to be a person making a dent in the lives of people and communities in need. That’s my biggest hope for the future.


Cynthia Momdjian

1. Where’s your favorite place to eat? Aroma Café in Studio City. I think it’s the cutest place I’ve been to (Thanks to Lisa Kose!). Everyone has to try their velvet tea! It’s, literally, to die for!

2. Favorite movie? Anything Audrey Hepburn, but specifically, Breakfast at Tiffany’s because it’s a light-hearted romantic comedy that features my favorite jewelry store. It’s my pick-me-up movie that makes me extremely happy every time I watch it.

3. What is your favorite book? My favorite book has to be The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald because it’s about love and it embodies my favorite time in history that I’ve studied, the Roaring 20s. Also, I have to mention that I’m irrevocably obsessed with the Twilight Saga. Go Team Edward!

4. What quote do you live by? "A Lifestyle is a Terrible Thing to Waste." - Entourage. Very true! There is so much more to life that sitting around and waiting for it to happen.

5. What’s the one place you’re dying to visit? Italy because I love Italian food, culture, art, language, and fashion!

6. Who is the most influential person in your life? My younger sister, Nanor Momdjian. She knows how to keep me grounded. She inspires me with her optimism towards her future and gives me hope for mine as well. I wish I could be as carefree, strong, and independent as her sometimes. Her beautiful voice soothes and relaxes me at most stressful moments.

7. Most perfect moment…. was receiving my USC acceptance letter. I fell to my knees and began to cry immediately because it was something I worked extremely hard for. It was perfect because my loved ones surrounded me and shared my happiness with me. My blood, sweat, and tears finally paid off at that moment!

8. Favorite song? “Here Comes the Sun” by the Beatles. It never fails to put a smile on my face and brighten my day!

9. You will usually find me at… the Annenberg Lobby having a non-fat latte with cinnamon and browsing my many favorite shopping websites or iChat-ing in my apartment with my boyfriend, Alex.

10. What I want to accomplish…. I want to be the female version of Ari Gold from Entourage and own a publicity firm or talent agency.

1. Who are you? Niaz Peyrovan

2. If you could be anything in the world, what/who would you be?
I would be a well-known architect who has made an impact in the world of architecture. I want to be known as a “fashion-architect” and not only design spaces but design in fashion as well. I would want students who are interested in architecture to know my name and learn about me in their class.

3. What T.V. show can’t you miss?
Anything on Bravo, right now I can say the Real Housewives series or any cooking shows on Food Network. AND Family Guy! The show always makes me laugh with no problem.

What are you usually doing at 2AM on a weekend? Still being out with my friends while having an adventure and it will most likely not be in OC
What’s the one thing you cannot live without? My eyeliner and hairspray! Big hair is my thing. . . If it’s flat my day is ruined haha. Also, if I have to pick something with food it has to be coffee, especially Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. I am obsess with coffee and can drink it everyday for the rest of my life.

5. Who would you call to bail you out of jail?
My boyfriend Nima. He would bail me out of anything and wouldn’t want to ask for anything back in return.

6.What’s the one place you’re dying to visit?
I would want to visit the country that my parents are from, which is Iran. I have never been there but would want to go there and get a better sense of all the great stories they told of me while growing up. It is one thing to hear about Iran and seeing it in person. Also, I would love to go to Italy and go to an area with so much culture and fashion. I want to wake up every morning with a cup of coffee while hearing all the commotion from the people talking in their beautiful language.

7. Who is the most influential person in your life?
My mother, she is the one person who never gave up and motivates me to be the person I am today. I would not be where I am without her. I love you mom <3

8. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Finishing my Masters in architecture and owning a firm with my twin sister, Roz.

USC, Coffee Bean or the Coffee Bean at USC

10. Who is your partner in crime?
Neeloufar Fakourfar, my best friend/ sister who has been there whenever I needed her. We always have fun doing anything while making the best out of everything.

11. Who knows the most about you?
Most defiantly has to be Roz Peyrovan! Not only is she my twin but we have literally been there for each other in everything we do. She sometimes likes to “act” like she can finish my sentences but I know she can literally know how I am feeling or what I want to say. She knows what I like and what I don’t like and it’s not bad that we have the same sense of style because we can literally buy twice the amount of clothes haha.

1. Who are you? Anna Karapetyan

2. Favorite movie? Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I love anything Audrey, but this is my favorite movie because I love the storyline and the ending always makes me happy. There are some really interesting dialogues, especially towards the end, and it shows a different perspective on life.

3. What quote do you live by? “What would you do if you knew you could not fail” -Robert H. Schuller. I think that life gives you many opportunities, and most of the time, it is fear that holds one back. This quote motivates me do everything without fear of failing and give it my all.

4. What’s the one place you’re dying to visit? France. I hope to study abroad there in the coming - years, because the life in France seems like a completely different one from the one that we al live today. It’s more relaxed, and there is just something about the atmosphere there, the language, and the coffee shops. Also, I am currently learning French, so it would be good practice for me to live there for a while and improve my language skills.

5. Favorite song? “Say When” by the Fray, because of the intense emotion in this song. Also, I love anything by the Silversun Pickups.

6. What I do in my spare time: I like trying new things and picking up new skills. I love sports, from judo to ballet, and musical instruments, whether it is the guitar or the piano, or any other musical instrument that I come across. Besides reading and spending time with friends and family, I like baking, ice-skating, firing away at the L.A. shooting range, attempting to make clothes, playing chess, and finding new hobbies.

7. What T.V. show can’t you miss? Gossip Girl. That show is very entertaining and addicting!

8. Where’s your favorite place to eat? I love eating at home, because I am a picky eater, and I don’t like eating something unless I know what’s in it, and at home, I always know what goes into a certain meal.

9. What are you usually doing at 2AM on a weekend? Either I am out with my friends or suitemates in LA, or I am back home for the weekend, having an extremely late dinner with my family.

10. What’s the one ting you cannot
live without? I can’t live without my family, because no matter what happens, I know that they are always there to support me.

8. What’s the one place you’re dying to visit? One of my dreams is to travel the world but if I had to narrow it down I would hop on a cruise that takes me all around Europe and another one to the Mediterranean islands. I know that wasn’t very specific but hey I tried! Oh, and New York is my next stop.

9. Who is the most influential person in your life? My sister. She is absolutely amazing!

10. What I do in my spare time: I’m either spending time with my family and friends, watching Food Network, and/or shows pertaining to design from interior design to cake design.

(especially The Return of the King Extended Edition!!), Romance/makes you feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside (this should be a genre!): My Fair Lady. Comedy/Holiday Movie: Elf with Will Ferrell! (fellow Trojan!), Disney classic: Beauty and the Beast

4.What is your favorite book? Le Petit Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery: Extremely deep, touching and enlightening!

5. What kind of person do you want to be remembered as? Someone who was able to make a powerful difference in this world through compassion, love, wisdom, and understanding. Someone who was able to keep her precious Armenian culture, faith and ethical values close to her heart in order to succeed as a leader, sister, and mother.

7. Most perfect moment... At a USC game with my AGA sisters having the time of my life cheering, and showing school spirit for the greatest football team ever!!

I also LOVE bonding with my AGA sisters on campus: whether it's lunch with my big sis' Nayiri at Cafe 84, or being in Annenberg on the historic Tuesday, November 4, 2008 Election night with Silva!! :)

9. What I do in my spare time…I'm with my family at the Americana!

10. What I want to accompilsh: I am working towards attending law school and getting my J.D. and MBA collectively. Ultimately, I would love to be happily married, have a beautiful family, have a successful career, perhaps play a role in the U.S. government someday, and always keep my Armenian roots and AGA sisters close to my heart.

(and the list can go on and on and on if I really think further about this)

7. Why am I here? (Pertaining to AGA) I figured 2 sisters weren't enough so I needed to adopt another 20 or so!!

8. Im Proud of myself for... graduating in 3 years with a 3.9 GPA AND for managing and winning a campaign at the age of 19!
